Due to the limited-edition and custom-produced nature of our drops, all sales are final.
Final Sale Policy
Because we produce items specifically for each drop count, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our SF support team at support@startshop.app within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will facilitate a replacement if stock allows or a full refund.
